PATIENT REPRESENTATIVE GROUP (PRG)
The surgery has an active Patient Representative Group (PRG). We are constantly looking for ways in which we can improve the patient experience and PRG is an essential part of that process. The PRG meets four times a year to review and comment on the surgery's performance and plans. The practice actively seeks patient feedback and this is further reviewed by the PRG. Over the past few years the PRG has made a very positive contribution to assisting the practice improve. We would be delighted to hear from patients interested in joining our PRG. Please pick up a leaflet from the surgery.
OUR PATIENTS VIEWS
Our aim is to provide a high quality, friendly, confidential service. We recognise that, no matter how hard we try, we don't always succeed to meet everyone's requirements or expectations.
- If something is wrong or unsatisfactory please tell us as soon as possible - you can ask to speak in confidence to a member of staff - if we can we will try to put it right or at least investigate the issue.
- If the issue is a serious matter of concern or a formal complaint please ask to speak to our Practice Manager or contact her on 01723 360178. We have a complaints procedure and there are leaflets explaining how it works; these are available in the surgery waiting areas.
- If you have any suggestions as to how we can improve any aspects of our service then please let us know. You can speak to a receptionist or other members of staff, a member of the PRG or fill in one of our 'Make a Suggestion' forms - these are available in the waiting area. Please hand your completed form to a receptionist or post it in the box provided.
We value our patient's feedback and genuinely want to hear what you have to say, and if we can, improve our practice and performance as a result.
