WHO CAN YOU SEE?

There are a number of people at the surgery who can help you not just our general practitioners. Our clinical practitioners are highly qualified and have a great deal of experience. Due to work pressure sometimes we can offer you an appointment with clinical practitioners sooner than one with a general practitioner. Our clinical practitioners have undertaken specialist training so that they can diagnose medical conditions, identify appropriate treatments and prescribe medication. With many illnesses seeing a clinical practitioner will meet your needs and be assured if they think you need to be seen by a doctor they will refer you. So please make the most of this excellent service.

DO YOU REALLY NEED TO COME TO THE SURGERY?

Please consider if you really need an appointment at the surgery or whether speaking on the telephone to a general practitioner would you give the help or reassurance you are looking for. If you think it does, please leave a message and your telephone number with one of our receptionists and we will call you back as soon as we can. Please note that this might be after a surgery or when urgent visits have been completed. To ensure the same day call back it would be very helpful if you could call the surgery before 1pm.
